SPOTLIGHT: Hospitals ask for broad definitions so more can qualify for EMR incentives

A group of 43 hospitals and health systems have asked HHS and the White House to define "hospital" as "a discrete site of service, so that individual sites of multi-campus facilities are eligible to qualify separately for the incentives" under the federal stimulus.
