Roche introduces EMR interface for VA diabetes management

Biotech company Roche has introduced a new electronic medical record (EMR) interface for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) that will assist VA healthcare facilities transmit patient diabetes management data directly into its VistA computerized patient record system. The JResultNet module, which is being distributed by Roche's Dawning Technologies Inc., will permit VA providers to transfer patient blood glucose test findings automatically to their EMR from the ACCU-CHEK 360 Diabetes Management System.
