ONC releases second wave of draft certification procedures

The Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) has released its second "wave" of draft test procedures and tools for the 2014 edition of electronic health record certification criteria under the Meaningful Use incentive program. The public has two weeks to comment on the second wave, which was posted Sept. 14. The first wave was posted Sept. 7.
