Most Wired hospitals making big strides in HIT

Among the nation's Most Wired hospitals, as recently recognized by Hospitals & Health Networks, 100 percent of the Most Wired record data on birth, gender, and race and ethnicity for 51 percent or more of patients--compared with 97 percent of all other respondents. When it comes to recording an up-to-date problem list of a patient's current and active diagnosis, just 52 percent of all respondents have this capability compared with 70 percent of Most Wired. --Read the full article in FierceHealthIT
