Group releases guide to improve interoperability between EHRs, mobile devices

IHE International this week issued a new guide to provide simplified communication of patient records by electronic health records to mobile devices, FierceHealthIT reports. The guide also facilitates communication and health data access to and from mobile devices and health information exchanges, patient portals, and personal health records.
