Adaeze Enekwechi, Ph.D. is a highly experienced healthcare executive with deep understanding of federal health policies, including delivery system reform, and Medicare payment models.
Most recently, Adaeze served as the Associate Director for Health Programs at the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB). As the federal government’s chief health care budget official, she provided budget, policy, management, and regulatory oversight for over $1 trillion in spending on a range of federal programs. At the OMB, Adaeze managed the review and approval of major CMMI delivery and payment reform proposals and policies, as well as MACRA Quality Payment Program rulemaking. She also managed OMB processes for reviewing several FDA policies, including those for Laboratory Diagnostic Tests.
