Armed British police followed a man believed to be a wounded suicide bomber into University College Hospital in central London early this afternoon, as emergency services responded to what appears to be a second round of terrorist attacks on London. Hospital officials are searching the grounds for the man, described as wearing a "blue shirt with wires protruding from his clothing." NY hospital fails to inform patients of results of cancer screen
Jacobi Medical Center in New York City is the subject of controversy after word that the hospital failed to inform patients of positive test results for a routine cancer screen. The hospital did not inform more than 300 women that they had positive results in a pap smear test, a routine test used to screen for possible cases of cervical cancer.
