A new study released by the California Nurses Association/National Nurses Organizing Committee suggests that the healthcare industry is taking a leading role in funding the campaigns of this season's crop of presidential hopefuls. Not surprisingly, competing healthcare reform bills continue to roil state legislatures, especially in bellwether states like California. This time around, it's a "Medicare for all" style measure, one lauded by the California Nurses Association as making a lot of sense.
