A new study confirms what most of us suspected already: that pharma direct-to-consumer advertising works. According to the study, nearly one-third of Americans ask their doctors about a drug they've seen in an ad, and 82 percent get a prescription. What's more, 53 percent of patients surveyed said that drug advertising is mostly a good thing. Article
