SPOTLIGHT: Japanese conduct anti-obesity campaign

In Japan, public authorities are conducting one of the toughest anti-fat campaigns in the world. Under a new law that came into effect two months ago, companies and local governments must now measure the waistlines of people between 40 and 74 as part of their annual checkups--about 44 percent of the country's entire population.
