SPOTLIGHT: California hospitals slammed for care problems

California's health officials have issued another series of fines against hospitals that made serious mistakes in care. The hospitals, which were fined $25,000 each, were slapped for placing patients in immediate jeopardy, or actually causing serious injuries or death.
