SPOTLIGHT: Another CA reform bill

Not surprisingly, competing healthcare reform bills continue to roil state legislatures, especially in bellwether states like California. This time around, it's a "Medicare for all" style measure, one lauded by the California Nurses Association as making a lot of sense. The bill's author says that extending Medicare-type coverage is more cost-effective than forcing money through the private insurance system. Release
