Report questions RHIO business model

In news that probably won't surprise many people, an HHS-funded report by Avalere Health examines RHIOs in seven states and finds that none have been able to establish a business model. That, of course, appears to confirm the words of warning from skeptics, who have been arguing that building networks is not quite the same thing as getting people to pay you for the right to use them.
