A new survey finds that a majority of patients with type-2 Diabetes are not properly managing their disease, leaving them at serious risk of grave health problems. Researchers with the American Association of Endocrinologists interviewed 500 patients with type-2 Diabetes and quizzed them about their management habits. Their answers revealed that most do not have their conditions under control. Two-out-of-three reported problematic blood glucose levels. "People need to take their disease seriously," said US Surgeon General Richard Carmona.
