University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City told University of Iowa football players and families that their electronic medical records may have been improperly accessed, USA Today reports. Thirteen football players were hospitalized a week ago with rhabdomyolysis, a muscle injury syndrome caused by extreme workouts. An investigation will take up to two weeks, hospital officials said.
