And Finally… A Utah Senate committee unanimously approved a bill that would require in-person parental consent for anyone under 18 to use a tanning salon in the state. "This is analogous to allowing teenagers to smoke cigarettes," Huntsman Cancer Hospital executive Ben Tanner told the Deseret Morning News. There was no word on whether Tanner needed parental permission to use his surname prior to his 18th birthday. Report
