Name of video: H1N1 Rap by Dr. Clarke
Performer: John D. Clarke, MD, FAAFP
Why it's worth watching: This video, which was the winner of Flu.gov's 2009 Flu Prevention PSA contest [1], uses a hip-hop beat and some soft-gangsta gestures to deliver the H1N1 prevention message. Dr. Clarke may be about as "street" as Vanilla Ice in real life, but he does a credible job delivering an entertaining flu-prevention hygiene lecture. I say, good for him; sometimes a little silliness can communicate more than a stern lecture.
