The Open Payments system has been taken offline temporarily to investigate a reported issue, so physicians, teaching hospitals and authorized representatives may not register and review data at this time. Please note that you may continue to proceed with registering in the CMS Enterprise Portal (the first phase in registering in the Open Payments system.) We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and as soon as we have more information available, including when the Open Payments system is scheduled to go back online, you will be notified via email. Physicians, teaching hospitals, and authorized representatives can submit questions in an email to the Help Desk at [email protected]. Live Help Desk support is available by calling 1-855-326-8366, Mondaythrough Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (CT), excluding Federal holidays.
Note: For each day the Open Payments system is offline for this incident, CMS will adjust the Open Payments review and dispute deadline and the following 15-day corrections period deadline accordingly.
