Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead their hospital’s HR functions in Marion, Illinois. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be a member of the senior management team and will be responsible for the management of all Human Resources functions including recruitment, retention, regulatory compliance, benefits, organizational development, employee relations, and Joint Commission (JCAHO) preparedness.

• Minimum requirements include bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• 5 years experience as a Human Resources Director
• Healthcare experience preferred
