Position Description

Maryland hospital seeks an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager. Successful candidate will work closely with Director of Pharmacy to ensure optimum services provided that meets all legal and accrediting requirements. Ensure compliance with polices, procedures, codes and standards of the hospital; is responsible for administration, supervision, and day to day operation of the Pharmacy; and ensures a safe, effective and efficient work environment for all employees. Qualified candidates must have a PharmD; Masters degree in healthcare or business administration desirable. Must have current Maryland licensure as a Pharmacist, 3 to 5 years work experience, and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. 140k salary.
