Position Description

Inpatient/Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner needed in southern Louisiana. Work in a supportive atmosphere with the best medical professionals in the business, full physician and administrative support. Flexible schedule of 7 on 7 off and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Salary of $90-$125k plus full benefits, including CME and malpractice. Relocation can be negotiated. Duties include, but are not limited to: patient admissions, completing patient progress notes, patient education, prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, recommending therapeutic interventions, and patient discharge summaries, ICU coverage, but no procedures. Ideal candidate will have inpatient/hospitalist experience or a new grad with rotations, RN experience is also acceptable. This position is available for immediate start.
