Position Description

180+ bed hospital in Delaware with ambulatory clinics in Florida is seeking a Corporate Manager of Infection Control. This position will be responsible for management of the hospital’s Infection Control Department, and for corporate oversight of all Ambulatory Clinics in Florida. Some of the major projects will be H1N1 testing, and implementation of electronic IC surveillance monitoring. Qualifications include: BSN or Medical Technologist preferred with certification and appropriate license. 3-5 years experience. Recognized training in Infection Control and Clinical Microbiology. Must be flexible, team oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to prioritize work and effectively delegate responsibilities; detail oriented; is an educational resource and keeps abreast of developments within the field. Salary is in low 90s, plus excellent benefits and relocation assistance.
