Dir of Surgical Serrvices Job in Colorado - StaffPointe, LLC

Position Description

The position is to provide leadership and accountability in the daily operations of the peri-operative departments. The position will have responsibility for maintaining physician relations, empowering clinical care givers through solicitation of input and implementation of actions to improve delivery of patient care. The successful candidate will need to plan, organize, and evaluate the provision of services in the department. The individual will participate in and supervise the delivery of patient care and set standards of nursing practice for the service. The candidate will take a role in the achievement of departmental goals and hospital goals related to the department. The position requires the ability to adhere to hospital policies and accreditation standards. Position requires 5-10 years of experience. The position requires 2 years management experience in surgical services and 5 years experiences as an OR nurse with scrub and circulating experience. Salary 87k to 124K based on experience.
