Duties and responsibilities:

1. Trains site managers on eClinicalWorks. Oversee various system projects of a highly technical, complex nature, usually encompassing multiple application suites

2. Provide administrative decision making, leadership, and systems planning for corporate and clinical operational improvement projects

3. Responsible for day-to-day quality assurance and business continuity

4. Aid and assist practice site systems continuity with all of the following: printing, emailing, networking, telephony, EMR management, third party vendor management, and software installation/implementation/integration

5. Manage and oversee system resources

6. Will be familiar with the systems scope, project objectives, as well as, the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate activities
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
o 5 yrs experience in a primary care or healthcare setting
o 5 yrs experience managing IT infrastructure or technology driven projects
o Project management skills
o Experience with eClinicalWorks software implementation and systems integration
o Experience with facilitating meetings and conference calls
o A working knowledge of Great Plains, Windows Vista, Windows XP, MS Office, MS Exchange, eClinical Works, and systems networking.
o Requires a good understanding of the technology and processes IT infrastructure and technology
o Experience maintaining, upgrading and implementing servers, telephony, and system management tools
o Requires ability to prioritize and process multiple complex projects; deadlines; and processes with attention to detail and accuracy
o Requires effective written and verbal communication skills
o Requires ability to communicate sensitive issues with all levels of employees/management
o Requires strong customer service skills
