CEO, LTAC Hospital Job in PA - StaffPointe, LLC

Position Description

CEO needed for LTACH in southeastern Pennsylvania. Bachelors degree required, masters preferred. LTAC hospital experience required. Minimum experience of at least five years in hospital management. Ability to motivate and direct actions of others. Current knowledge of trends in health care. Understanding of financial reports. Experience in conducting meetings of the medical staff and governing board. Working knowledge of Medicare, OSHA, JCAHO, CMS and state guidelines. Good written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of computers with good word processing skills. Proven experience with development of positive relationships with senior staff, co-workers, and customers. Salary range is 130-150K plus bonus, benefits and relocation.
