Position Description

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed in eastern NC, about 45 minutes outside Raleigh for trauma department. Will do admission work-ups and/or consults to facilitate care across the continuum. Initiate, monitor, alter and order treatments including, but not limited to device placement, physical and occupational therapy, home health referral, and discharge planning. This division offers patient care services in surgical ICU and intermediate units, orthopedics, and general surgery units. We also offer perioperative services in Anesthesia Holding, OR, PACU, and our Ambulatory Surgery unit. Within our 25 OR suites, we conduct 18,500 surgeries per year and specialize in Robotic Surgery, Cardiovascular, and Trauma. 3 + years experience as a midlevel required to be considered for this opportunity.
