The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care in a collaborative practice with the physicians. Responsibilities include: assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for individual patients; assist physicians and perform procedures as needed; provide education to patients and their families; promote wellness and recommends community resources as required; promote and provide staff education.
