Position Description

Senior Director of Revenue Management and Operations needed for major healthcare support company in suburban NYC. Company has 110 facilities in 12 states. Must have at least 10 years experience with multi-state billing operations and must have experience supervising 50 plus people including overseas personnel. Experience with international operations; anesthesia billing, IDX software and medical records is important and preferred. Working closely with the VP, this position will, on a daily basis, support the effective and efficient operations of the Revenue Management Department and ensure continuous quality improvement efforts. Audit Revenue Management ensuring all activities including collection of charts, coding, data entry, follow-up, collection and adjustments performed with a 5% accuracy rate in a timely, thorough and efficient manner. Must have experience in the Healthcare field; supervisory experience; project management experience; strong computer skills, especially excel and practice management systems; strong initiative required; strong organizational skills; strong analytical skills; strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal. The salary range is 120-150K plus, depending upon experience. Full benefits and relocation.
