Position Description

Federally qualified clinic with 2 locations is seeking experienced Quality Improvement Manager.

Clinic offers a full range of primary healthcare services (physician, dental, pharmacy, behavioral) treat patients regardless of income. You will lead and provide support to the staff assigned to the organization’s Health care Disciplines. Assist in the preparation for JCAHO accreditation. Continue implementation and refinement of CQIP (Continuous Quality Improvement Program Plan)

Qualifications:
Bachelors prepared RN
Masters in healthcare or Health Information Management
3 – 5 years experience in healthcare quality management, quality assurance and/or quality improvement
5 years in a culturally diverse, ambulatory healthcare setting
CPHQ certification strongly preferred
WI license
