Position Description

Appealing city located in Southern Oregon near the Umpqua River just one hour from the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Surrounded by beautiful evergreen hills the area offers plenty of outdoor activities including mountain biking, hiking, camping, boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and more.

Practice is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up under the supervision of 1 or more physicians. Participate in the care of inpatient and outpatient patients. Family Practice and Urgent care positions available.

Requirements:
- Current Oregon Nurse Practitioner (NP) Certification/Licensure
Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Urgent care background preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as, outstanding problem solving, organizational and leadership skills
