Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Cardiology - AVA Search Group

Position Description

Hospital in Northeastern, South Dakota is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in Cardiology. Practice needs an enthusiastic, motivated person with the desire to provide excellent patient centered service.

Mid-level Practitioner will provide education and consultation services to clinic patients. You will assess, diagnosis and treat cardiology patients. Provide support to interventional cardiologists for hospitalized and clinic patients. Hospital Rounds as required.

Day Shift and possibly a few evenings as needed

Call: evening and weekend call

Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant
Active South Dakota license or eligible
Clinical experience as a Mid-level, preferably with cardiology experience
Excellent communication and computer skills necessary
ACLS and BLS required
Good interpersonal skills required
