Level II Trauma Center and teaching facility has a great opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work as the Breast Center Coordinator.

Duties include:
- Performing breast exams on diagnostic mammography patients
- Care coordination in conjunction with multiple physician offices to coordinate additional exams, procedures/treatments and follow up care
- Facilitate and coordinate diagnostic work ups with physicians and other health care providers
- Maintains a data base for the documenting of all patient information related to the breast care plan.
- Patient and family education
- Assist in pre and post-procedural care

Requirements:
ARNP with Florida RN and ARNP license
CPR Training and active ACLS
Prefer Breast Exam Course completion
Must have experience in surgery, prefer experience in Breast Surgery
Solid Interpersonal skills, Critical Thinking skills and Educator skills Leadership/Management experience
Excellent Customer Service skills
