Position Description

Exciting opportunity for a Florida licensed RN to work in a non-traditional, non-hospital position. Position is based in Tampa Bay area.

You will work collaboratively with the National Account Director or Manager evaluating the clinical needs and developing clinical solutions for clients.

As the Clinical Nurse Liaison you will participate in meetings & business reviews for your assigned clients. You will analyze and interpret client-specific clinical data for presentation at client meetings. Working with the Account Management team you will create clinical reporting packages and PowerPoint presentations used in the client business reviews. You will contact regular onsite clinical planning sessions to identify the clinical needs as needed. Increase awareness of Clinical Nursing Programs. Conduct clinical training programs and conduct research and publish journal articles specific to clinical nursing and allied health services.

In addition to the standard interview, candidates will be asked to do a 15 min PowerPoint presentation to show their ability and comfort level in discussing long term catastrophic care plans, etc.

Position requires at least 50% national travel and can be home based.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Nursing Degree
Advanced degree or health care credentials, advanced training in the management of catastrophic injuries beyond basic core competencies of nursing, Case Management training
