Position Description

Eastern, NC hospital is seeking a Mid-Level Practitioner for their Stroke Center.

Duties include: Assist with admission work-ups and/or consults to facilitate care. Initiate, monitor, alter and order treatments. Re-evaluate patients throughout their hospitalization and modify their plan of care as needed. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as indicated for diagnosis and management of problems. Complete wound assessments, initiates basic skin care orders. Order laboratory, radiological and diagnostic studies as needed.

ARNP or PA-C
3+ years of Inpatient experience as NP/PA required
2-3 years experience in the area of neurosciences which may include neurology and /or neurosurgery
