Position Description

Director of Technical Services needed for New Jersey company which provides both customer-oriented service and high-tech device manufacturing in order to offer the best care for patients who need noninvasive, remote cardiac monitoring. The company is a nationally known IDTF Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility staffed by certified cardiac technicians. From arrhythmia to implantable pacemaker or ICD monitoring, this company’s highly trained technicians are available 24/7 to talk to patients and analyze data. The Director manages the Tech Service department which is responsible for 24/7 Holter Monitoring, Cardiac Event Monitoring, Pacemaker Monitoring and ICD Monitoring. Candidate must have five plus years of progressively higher level of supervisory and management experience in the medical field with a demonstrated expertise in healthcare. ECG interpretational skills are a major plus. Must have knowledge of QA processes and procedures and extensive experience working with physicians and patients. Must have a strong history of strategic planning and execution. The salary range is 60 to 80K plus benefits and relocation.
