Director of Medical Staff Service

Ideal Candidate

• 3-5 experience as Director of Medical Staff
• Acute care hospital exp preferred
• CPMSM
• CATUS knowledge
• Title 22 knowledge
• Joint Commission knowledge
• Recent Joint Commission experience
• Understand JRC
• OPPE & FPPE knowledge
• Must have excellent rapport building skills with physicians, administrators, and hospital personnel
• Professional – presentations to the board of trustees etc

Department Information

• Salary based on experience with relocation assistance
• Reports to: VP of Quality
• 2 FTE; 1 MSO Coordinator, and 1 MSO Credentialing Coordinator
• Just completed Joint Commission Survey
