Director Perioperative Services (R.N.)

Oversee the operations and quality of nursing care of 7 OR’s including open heart, 4 room GI lab, PACU, Central Processing, Day Surgery Unit/Pre op admission/holding area, and free standing ASC.

Manage activities of 5 direct reports and staff of 75+ FTE’s in recently renovated and expanded surgical services area. Outstanding orthopedic and cardiac programs including pediatric cardiology.

Qualifications:
Education:
• BSN or equivalent Baccalaureate degree in a health related field required, Master’s Preferred
• CNOR preferred
• Current CPR or BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Registered Nurse license; Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing

Experience:
• 5-10 years of experience in management role or position of leadership.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in OR or equivalent experience
