The director will report to the CNO.

To help the department grow and continue to improve the candidate who wins this position will need:

 BSN or other healthcare related Baccalaureate degree, with Masters degree a plus
 3-5 years of surgical services experience
 Minimum of 2 years leadership, ideally at the director level (solid managers will be considered)
 A desire for a defined career path to ever increasing levels of responsibility
