Position Description

Licensed Mental Health Practitioner needed 2 hours from Omaha for full time, day position, 8-5, Monday through Friday with occasional weekends/holidays. Under limited supervision, independently provides treatment, assessment, education, counseling and case management or equivalent activities within his/her age specific competencies to individuals and groups with mental health or addiction problems. Maintains appropriate documentation, will track completion of documented interventions/outcomes, and performs other related work as required. Excellent organizational skills are mandatory. Delivers services while demonstrating Faith Regional Health Services Mission, Vision and Values. Licensure as a Mental Health Practitioner or Provisional status required. Dual licensure as drug and alcohol counselor preferred.
