Physical Therapist Job for Virginia - StaffPointe, LLC

Position Description

Physical Therapist needed in eastern Virginia for full-time, 8am-5pm. 2 weekends every 6 months is required. Also offer pay per visit rates. Provides for the physical, mental and social well being for individuals and families by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the results. Provides appropriate and thorough teaching to patients and their caregivers. Completes clinical records, schedules and administrative tasks. Serving as case manger and to coordinate multidisciplinary services. Maintains acceptable productivity standard for this position. Provides interdisciplinary communication in order to share information and assist with patient management. Participates in staff and administrative meetings. Participates in performance improvement PI activities. The compensation is up to $85,000 DOE. Full benefits. Relocation assistance available. Interview travel reimbursed. RPT with current Virginia licensure required. 1+ to 2 years of experience. Minimum Education – Bachelors Degree and willingness to travel.
