Position Description

Large for-profit facility in great location is seeking an Administrative Director of Quality. This position reports to the CEO. This facility has a high quality and standard of care; great consumer choice. It is an expanding facility nearly doubling in size; new ER expansion. Responsibilities will include all administrative and functional activities related to patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; the incumbent will serve as a patient safety officer; will oversee risk, PI, medical staff, infection control, education and case management. Qualifications include: BSN minimum, Masters preferred; 5 years progressive management experience in acute care hospital in quality, PI and Risk management; CPHQ preferred; 2 years regulatory compliance experience. Salary is $100K with full benefits.
