Position Description

Clinical Program Manager/Transplant job in Texas. The Clinical Program Manager Transplant at this great medical center is responsible for providing management and oversight of the Solid Organ Transplant Program, including Liver, Renal and Pancreas, the Liver and Pancreas Disease Center and Pulmonary Hypertension. This role will also: Work in partnership with management team within BRTI to ensure the provision of optimal patient care and service, attainment of financial goals, and development and implementation of the strategic plan for BRTI. Works collaboratively with the physicians and management team to identify, develop and implement clinical and operational processes to support the daily operations. Oversees and manages clinical staff including maintaining appropriate staffing levels, and managing clinical staff through appropriate HR guidelines. Responsible for complying with hospital policies and procedures and providing education to clinical staff within the department. Responsible for ensuring that the operational processes are in compliance with the various regulatory standards impacting transplant. Responsible for financial, productivity and other performance metrics as determined by the organization. BSN required. MSN preferred. TX RN license required. 2 years of solid nursing management experience in a clinically related area. Related certification preferred. Salary starting between 70K-90K.
