Position Description

Company confidential in North Carolina is seeking a director for the regional health plan with specific emphasis on the development and management of the provider network in the regional market. The Executive Director is responsible for overall strategic planning and financial performance of the regional plan in coordination with sales and marketing leadership. Successful candidate will be locally based and have a strong knowledge of the North Carolina Triangle area. Salary is 100-115K, plus bonus of 10-20%, and stock options.
