Position Description
Emergency Department Opportunities on the East Coast of Central Florida. Wuesthoff Emergency Physicians is part of Wuesthoff Health System, Brevard County Florida’s leading comprehensive healthcare provider. This privately owned and operated Emergency Physician group is currently seeking qualified candidates for its Rockledge location. Physicians must be Board Certified or Prepared in Emergency Medicine. All physicians enjoy independent contractor status and procured professional liability insurance. Wuesthoff Medical Center-Rockledge, an accredited Stroke Center, sees 37,000 emergency patients annually. There are 38 hours of daily physician coverage provided with shifts from 7am-4pm, 11am-9pm, 4pm-12pm, 9pm-7am. 12 hours of PA coverage is also provided daily.
