Financial Consultants of Alaska & Washington, located in beautiful Southeast Alaska, is seeking a permanent Reimbursement Consultant to join our team.
Nestled between grand mountain peeks and the pristine Gastineau Channel sits Juneau, Alaska’s Capital City. Our mild climate, breathtaking views, and year round activities make Juneau a serene place to call home. Outdoor enthusiast will love Juneau’s extraordinary kayaking, rafting, hiking, snow boarding, skiing, and glacier viewing. Abundant salmon and halibut fishing are also available nearly year round.
Founded in 1979, Financial Consultants of Alaska & Washington is a well established office providing a diverse range of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement services to many healthcare organizations on the West Coast. Our office specializes in preparing Medicare and Medicaid Cost reports, appeals, and court cases. Our office also leads several special projects such as DSH, Bad Debt, and Fraud Audits. Our staff has achieved over $200 Million in successful reimbursement for our facilities.
We are seeking a goal orientated, highly qualified candidate with extensive experience in high level financial analysis, reimbursement work, cost reporting, billing, medical records, and benchmarking databases. Candidate should possess a B.A. in business, finance, or accounting with a minimum of 5-7 years experience in healthcare reimbursement.
