exceptional M&A professionals
in Central and Eastern Europe
We are currently searching for proven M&A professionals with impeccable industry backgrounds to run their own industry practice and maximise global merger and acquisition opportunities. Our client’s current needs include two directorships in
Pharmacy and Healthcare
FMCG (Food and Beverages)
Successful candidates will be expected to oversee identification of M&A opportunities within their sector and ensure resources are optimised to ensure profitable transaction delivery.
You will be given full responsibility and freedom to design and deliver deal-flow strategy. Your proven M&A knowledge combined with your industry expertise and your knowledge of the region will enable you to galvanise our support teams to ensure successful transaction delivery. Transaction support will be provided by cross border financial, accounting and operational due diligence and advisory services teams.
You must have:
•Successfully overseen M&A and IPO activity in your current or previous role
•Industry Experience in a senior financial or commercial role
•Valuation exposure in your specialist sector
•Multinational client contact book
•Excellent academic record
•Strong interpersonal skills with a team orientated approach.
Desirable:
• Regional client contact base
• Due diligence experience
• IFRS familiarity
