Pharmacy Operations Director - Express Scripts

Position Description

Bacheleor of Science or RPh or Pharm D.
7-10 years experience in management of administrative, production, or customer service environments, minimum of three years in healthcare or PBM industry preferred.
Cross licensed pharmacist per state regulations.
Experience in union environment helpful or experience in Union-free workforce administration.
Previous supervisory experience, preferably in front-end pharmacy operations, customer service or administrative production setting.
Experience in budgeting and strategic work planning very helpful.
Demonstrated ability to manage toward budget and work plan goals.
Must have proven leadership skills, team orientation, and a proactive and optimistic management style.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to solve complex problems and improve quality and service.
PC skills including MS Office, email and Internet
Willingness to travel limited amounts.
