RN – Clinical Manager Emergency Department

Albert Einstein Healthcare Network is currently seeking a Clinical Manager for the ER. Emergency Department Registered Nurses with experience in a leadership role will not want to miss this opportunity!!!

In this role you will assume immediate responsibility for:

• Planning, coordinating, supervising, and clinically managing daily patient care activities.
  
• Planning and implementation of fiscal and human resource management as well as departmental operations.
  
• Taking a leadership role in developing standards of care, nursing policies and procedures manuals, and hospital policies.
  

If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  
• Minimum 3 years experience in Emergency Nursing required.
  
• Minimum 1-2 years in a nursing management or supervisory position prefered.
  
• Current PA RN License, active and in good standing required.
  
• Current CPR and ACLS required.
  
• Trauma Core and PALS preferred.
