Gross collection guarantee by hospital, additional support for start-up, relocation, marketing, and sign-on. Employment contract with group, 3 year partnership track with no buy in, ER call 1:4, practice call 1:3. 60-80 dialysis patients per Nephrologist, 30-40 patients per day, 10-20 office patients per day.
