Position Description

Family Practice physician needed in southeastern Colorado to provide comprehensive primary care to all ages on an ability to pay basis. Our group has seven medical providers including positions for three physicians and four mid-levels either NP or PA. Salary would range from $150,000-$160,000, relocation, sign on available. Hours 8-5.
